May is Farmers and Fisherfolks month in the Philippines

First celebrated in May 1989, Farmers and Fisherfolks month was declared via Presidential Proclamation No. 33 “to give tribute and recognition to the outstanding contributions of agricultural laborers to the development of the agricultural sector” in the Philippines.

At Greenergy, we join the Department of Agriculture in honoring these heroes for feeding the entire country, and we are happy to be part of their progress with their application of high efficiency, low-carbon technology and farming practices.
